Whether you’re a skilled cook whose nutritional knowledge could do with a brush-up, or you don’t know how to turn the cooker on, our 'Cook and Eat' courses can help.

The courses are free for over 55s and are led by a qualified Community Learning Tutor.

All ingredients and equipment will be provided.

 

At the end of each session, those taking part will share and eat the dishes they have made together.
