Resolve is a 4 week course, specifically designed to be run in the New Year, which aims to help create positive, lasting change.
Each week we’ll explore what the experts have to say, discuss what we think and engage in a variety of practical exercises to help us accomplish our goals.
The four sessions cover the topics of:
 looking after your body,
 strengthening your mind,
 inspiring your soul
 deepening your relationships.


Each session contains a 20 minute film featuring contributions from various professions, including doctors, psychologists, professors and religious leaders. They also include advice on how to make sustainable resolutions and short vignettes to stimulate conversation.
Dates: 11th,18th, 25th January and 1st February
